1. General provisions

These Terms define the rules for using the isec360.pl website ("Website"), operated by iSec360 with its registered address at Kazimierza Pulaskiego 26A, 15-338 Bialystok, Poland ("iSec360", "we", "us"). Contact: biuro@isec360.pl, phone +48 532 533 133.

2. Definitions

• Website - the website available at isec360.pl together with its subpages;
• User - any person using the Website;
• Contact form - the mechanism available on the Website that allows enquiries to be sent to iSec360;
• Services - cybersecurity services described on the Website and provided by iSec360 under a separately concluded agreement.

3. Nature of website content

Materials published on the Website, including descriptions of services, packages and pricing, are for information purposes only and do not constitute a commercial offer unless clearly stated otherwise. Detailed service terms, including prices and scope, are agreed individually and confirmed in a separate agreement or order confirmation.

4. Website usage rules

Using the Website is free and does not require registration. By using the Website, the User agrees to:

• use the Website in accordance with law and good practice;
• avoid actions that may disrupt the proper operation of the Website, including unauthorised access attempts, server overload or distribution of malicious software;
• provide accurate data in the contact form.

5. Contact form

Sending a message through the contact form or to an e-mail address shown on the Website is an enquiry and does not mean that a service agreement has been concluded. An agreement is concluded only after individual arrangements between iSec360 and the User. The rules for processing form data are described in the Privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to content published on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos and page layout, belong to iSec360 or are used under appropriate licences. Copying, distributing or using this content without iSec360's consent for purposes other than personal use is prohibited.

7. Liability

iSec360 makes efforts to keep Website information current and reliable, but is not liable for technical errors, interruptions in Website availability caused by circumstances beyond its control, or decisions made solely on the basis of Website content without prior contact with our team.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the operation of the Website may be submitted to biuro@isec360.pl. Complaints concerning provided Services are handled according to the agreement concluded with the relevant client. A response will be provided within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

9. Changes to the Terms

iSec360 reserves the right to amend these Terms, especially due to changes in law or Website functionality. The current version is always available on this page.

10. Final provisions
